CNPS FRP flanges are lightweight, corrosion-resistant fiberglass reinforced plastic flanges - 60% lighter than steel, tensile strength up to 300 MPa, -40 to 110 deg C, 25+ year service life for chemical, marine and water piping.
Marine-offshore pipes wound from high-strength glass fiber and carbon fiber with epoxy resin — fire-proof, anti-static and corrosion-resistant. Designed in line with CCS rules and IMO Resolution A.753(18).

Spoolable reinforced plastic line pipe engineered on API 15S-2022 with four reinforcement series (polyester, aramid, glass fiber, steel cord). Spoolable DN17–200 mm at 2.5–32 MPa; large diameter DN250–500 mm at 1.6–6.4 MPa.
RTP pipe is a three-layer reinforced thermoplastic composite pipe: HDPE liner, glass/aramid/steel-wire reinforcement and outer jacket. Up to 32 MPa, −40 to 110 °C, 1-km reels, 70% lighter than steel, leak points cut by 80%.
Low-pressure GRP line pipe wound from glass fiber and thermosetting resin (UPR or epoxy), designed on API Spec 15LR-2001. DN50–DN2000 at 0–6.9 MPa for oilfield, chemical, municipal and water-conservancy duty.
High-pressure GRE line pipe designed on API Spec 15HR-2016: DN40–DN900 at 3.45–34.5 MPa, acid anhydride (≤ 65.5 °C) and amine epoxy (≤ 93.3 °C) systems, plus GRE tubing, casing and injection strings.
CNPS FRP pipes combine glass fiber with corrosion-resistant resin: 80% lighter than carbon steel, 25–1200 mm custom diameters, 50–450 psi, continuous service to 93.3 °C. Engineered to ISO 14692 and ASTM D2996.
GRE pipes are filament-wound epoxy composite piping that cut weight up to 60–75% versus steel and resist corrosion, scaling, CO₂ and H₂S. DN80–DN1600, 6–32 bar standard classes, ISO 14692-aligned systems.
