Marine Pipes | Fire-Proof Composite Piping for Ships & Platforms – CNPS
Marine-offshore pipes wound from high-strength glass fiber and carbon fiber with epoxy resin — fire-proof, anti-static and corrosion-resistant. Designed in line with CCS rules and IMO Resolution A.753(18).
Fiberglass Tubing | Corrosion-Resistant Composite Tube DN25–100 – CNPS
Pultruded and filament-wound fiberglass tubing resisting 200+ chemicals (ISO/TR 10358), 4× lighter than schedule-40 steel, 100% hydro-tested. DN25/DN50/DN100 in 10-meter sticks, 10–40 bar.
GRE Screen Pipes | Composite Sand-Control Screens for CBM & Sour Wells – CNPS
GRE composite screens with laser-cut slots (0.15–0.50 mm) deliver 40% better collapse resistance than API 5CT steel, 35% less weight, and an inert matrix that resists CO₂, H₂S and produced water.
API 17J RTP Pipes | Offshore Spoolable Reinforced Plastic Pipe – CNPS
CNPS API 17J RTP pipe is positioned for offshore spoolable reinforced plastic pipe service. Detailed specifications, ratings and documentation for this product line are being finalized — contact our engineers.
API 15S RTP Pipes | Spoolable Reinforced Plastic Line Pipe – CNPS
Spoolable reinforced plastic line pipe engineered on API 15S-2022 with four reinforcement series (polyester, aramid, glass fiber, steel cord). Spoolable DN17–200 mm at 2.5–32 MPa; large diameter DN250–500 mm at 1.6–6.4 MPa.
RTP Pipes | Reinforced Thermoplastic Composite Pipe (Coilable) – CNPS
RTP pipe is a three-layer reinforced thermoplastic composite pipe: HDPE liner, glass/aramid/steel-wire reinforcement and outer jacket. Up to 32 MPa, −40 to 110 °C, 1-km reels, 70% lighter than steel, leak points cut by 80%.
API 15LR GRE Pipes | Low-Pressure GRP Line Pipe DN50–2000 – CNPS
Low-pressure GRP line pipe wound from glass fiber and thermosetting resin (UPR or epoxy), designed on API Spec 15LR-2001. DN50–DN2000 at 0–6.9 MPa for oilfield, chemical, municipal and water-conservancy duty.
API 15HR GRE Pipes | High-Pressure Glass Fiber Line Pipe DN40–900 – CNPS
High-pressure GRE line pipe designed on API Spec 15HR-2016: DN40–DN900 at 3.45–34.5 MPa, acid anhydride (≤ 65.5 °C) and amine epoxy (≤ 93.3 °C) systems, plus GRE tubing, casing and injection strings.
FRP Pipes | Corrosion-Resistant Fiberglass Pipe Systems – CNPS
CNPS FRP pipes combine glass fiber with corrosion-resistant resin: 80% lighter than carbon steel, 25–1200 mm custom diameters, 50–450 psi, continuous service to 93.3 °C. Engineered to ISO 14692 and ASTM D2996.
FRP-clad pipe is a composite pipe structure consisting of an inner layer and an outer layer. The inner layer is typically made of materials such as steel or plastic, providing structural strength, while the outer layer is composed of fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), offering chemical resistance and corrosion protection.
This type of pipe is frequently used in industrial and commercial applications, including chemical and petrochemical plants, water treatment facilities, and wastewater systems, where corrosion resistance is a key requirement. The FRP outer layer helps shield the inner material from exposure to a range of chemicals, acids, and salts, making the pipe suitable for demanding operational environments.

Among the notable characteristics of FRP clad pipes are their corrosion-resistant performance, which supports use in challenging conditions with various liquids and gases. Additionally, these pipes are relatively lightweight, simplify installation, and are designed for extended service life. They can also be produced with specific functional properties, such as electrical conductivity or flame resistance, depending on application needs.
