In 2017, CNPS reached a strategic delivery milestone with the China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC), supplying vacuum insulated tubing (VIT) equipped with direct-connect special couplings for downhole fracturing operations.
In 2018, CNPS successfully delivered and commissioned an advanced intelligent downhole monitoring system for offshore workover platforms. This deployment represents a major step in digitalizing offshore oil and gas operations.
In 2016, CNPS partnered with PetroEnergy Company in Sudan to deploy a comprehensive intelligence monitoring and thermal recovery solution. This project focused on the complex requirements of steam injection and supply control for heavy oil recovery.
Since 2018, CNPS has pioneered the application of high-pressure GRE (Glass Reinforced Epoxy) pipes for geothermal well development in Finland. This initiative marks a significant milestone as the first successful application of such specialized non-metallic pipelines in medium-depth geothermal wells globally.
In 2025, CNPS successfully completed the supply of a high-performance RTP (Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe) pipeline system for a major oilfield project in Iraq. This project focused on the critical challenge of produced water transportation and treatment within the petroleum industry's upstream operations.
In October 2023, CNPS completed a significant pipeline supply project for coal mining applications in Mongolia. The project involved the delivery of 4,917 meters of specialized fiberglass pipeline designed to meet the rigorous demands of mining infrastructure.
In 2020, CNPS collaborated with Saudi Aramco on a pilot project in the Middle East to implement 3 1/2 GRE downhole fiberglass tubing for oil and gas wells. This project aimed to solve the persistent issues associated with traditional steel casings, particularly regarding 'stuck pipe' incidents and corrosion.
Since the second half of 2022, CNPS has been a key supplier of corrosion-resistant high-pressure fiberglass (GRE) casing for complex water injection and production well environments. This solution addresses the critical industry challenge of metallic pipe corrosion in harsh downhole conditions.
In March 2024, CNPS expanded its chemical material footprint in the Middle East by exporting 39.6 tons of high-grade non-ionic organic surfactant to Oman. The shipment consisted of 36 distinct items of alkyl glycoside (50% water concentration).
