Intelligence monitoring systems (Offshore platform)
In 2018, CNPS successfully delivered and commissioned an advanced intelligent downhole monitoring system for offshore workover platforms. This deployment represents a major step in digitalizing offshore oil and gas operations.
The system features a centralized data collection main station, explosion-proof computers, and a sophisticated wireless sensor network. It monitors critical real-time parameters including rotation speed, winch status, flushing pump activity, suspension weight, liquid level, and vertical pressure. By accurately capturing geological information and detecting potential gas leaks, the system significantly enhances operational safety and efficiency for offshore drilling, ensuring immediate data transmission and analysis in high-stakes environments.
