2025 Iraq Oilfield Produced Water Transportation Project: High-Pressure RTP Pipeline Solution
In 2025, CNPS successfully completed the supply of a high-performance RTP (Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe) pipeline system for a major oilfield project in Iraq. This project focused on the critical challenge of produced water transportation and treatment within the petroleum industry's upstream operations.
Given the highly corrosive nature of produced water and the demanding environmental conditions of Iraqi oilfields, our RTP solution was selected for its exceptional chemical resistance, high-pressure ratings, and flexibility. Unlike traditional metallic pipes, our RTP pipeline prevents internal corrosion and scaling, ensuring long-term flow assurance and significantly reducing pipeline maintenance costs. This deployment underscores CNPS's expertise in providing advanced non-metallic solutions that enhance the operational reliability and environmental sustainability of global oilfield water management systems.
