CNPS Marine Pipe Fittings - a full range of corrosion-resistant fiberglass fittings engineered for seawater, offshore and port applications.
Product Overview
CNPS supplies a full range of glass fiber pipe fittings - elbows, tees, reducers, couplings and flanges - for marine and offshore piping systems. The CNPS FRP flange line is documented for harsh marine conditions, including seawater desalination plants, offshore platforms and port facilities. All fittings share the corrosion-resistant, lightweight characteristics of the CNPS composite range: documented FRP flanges are approximately 60% lighter than steel flanges with tensile strength up to 300 MPa, and the fiberglass fittings family (flanges, tees, elbows) carries a design service life exceeding 25 years. Note: marine-specific ratings and certifications are not documented in the CNPS source material and must be confirmed by CNPS for each fitting type and class.
Why Choose Marine Pipe Fittings?
Complete fiberglass fittings family for marine piping systems: elbows (standard 45 and 90 degrees, custom angles on request), tees, reducers, couplings and flanges. Fittings are compatible with glass fiber and composite piping systems, with metal transitions made via appropriate couplings and adapters. Marine-specific ratings, pressure classes and certifications are to be provided - confirm with CNPS for the specific fitting type and class.

| Service Life | Over 25 years (documented for FRP flanges, FRP tees and fiberglass elbows) |
🔧Connection / Installation
Marine piping installations follow the same jointing principles as onshore composite systems: fittings are bonded or flanged to the pipe run using the connection method specified for the system standard. FRP flanges connect to mating flanges with appropriate gaskets and bolts; elbows and tees join glass fiber and composite pipes directly or transition to metal systems through appropriate couplings and adapters. For offshore service, confirm gasket selection, jointing procedure and inspection requirements with CNPS for the specific fitting class.
⚙️Applications
💎Project Customization
CNPS can match the fitting type, size, angle and connection standard to your marine piping design. For offshore or classed installations, send the applicable fitting class, pressure requirements and service media to CNPS so the correct configuration and documentation can be confirmed.
